How a Typical Service Call Works
Most service requests begin with a standard service call. This allows us to review the issue, perform basic diagnostics, and often complete the repair during the same visit.
- Initial assessment: up to 30 minutes of diagnostics or troubleshooting
- Repair work: up to 60 minutes of labor included in the base service call
- Materials: billed separately if replacement parts or supplies are required
- Additional time: may be billed if the repair extends beyond the initial service call
Many smaller repairs can often be completed during the initial service call.
Service Rates
- Standard Service Call:
$250 plus materials/supplies - Includes travel, operational expenses, up to 30 minutes of diagnostics, and up to 60 minutes of labor.
- Diagnostic-Only Visit:
Starting at $75 - Includes travel, operational expenses, and up to 30 minutes of discovery and troubleshooting.
- Scheduling or dispatch fees may apply depending on location and availability.
- Emergency, weekend, holiday, and commercial premium rates may apply.
